Private Robin Albert Alecock
11 Oct 1919 - 29 Jan 2001
Biography
Trooper R. Alecock has been identified East Norfolk Scout Section possible member based on his SAS service and a serial number very close to other known members of the Section. Very few men from this Regiment joined the SAS so it seems likely almost all were recruited from this Scout Section.
He was injured during the parachute drop for Operation Haggard, breaking his ankle. He recovered to take part in later Operations in Germany.
