The son of William and Ethel Seabrook he married Essex Davies 27 April 1935. He was a director of the family firm, W Seabrook & Sons Ltd. (fruit and vegetable growers) who employed over 100 staff.

Area Commander of Groups 1-5 and Group Commander of Group 5. Seabrook was awarded an MBE in Dec 1944 for services in the "Home Guard". He stored ammunition and explosives around his house "It was everywhere, in the garage, in wells, in an old drain".
Seabrook wanted to join the Marines but was considered medically unfit.
