Biography

Thomas lived with his brother Leonard, also a Patrol member, their father and other siblings in Squeaks house. It was built by their father and so named as the builder had said that it was just a squeak of a house, despite being built for 7 children to live in!

In July 1943 he was fined for misuse of petrol, for the rather odd offence of having used a smaller, more efficient car on business for his father's firm than the one the petrol was supplied for.
