Biography
Lieutenant Bob Sisterson, from firstly living at Quarry Cottages, Wharram-le-Street he then moved to Rectory Farm, Settrington, Malton in Yorkshire. He was originally from Linhope Farm west of Powburn in Northumberland. The family were long established Game Keepers in the area.
He appears to have been in the Royal Engineers between the World Wars.
During the Second World War his occupation was vermin destroyer.

He was recruited by Captain Atkinson who approached him along with Harry Milson. He asked the pair if they could be sworn to secrecy before telling them about Auxiliary Units.
