The son of Reginald and Antoinette in Willesden, London, Reg worked Keelings and Tile Barn Farms. He married Janet Scarratt in 1926. Both he and Janet were ARP Wardens in 1939. He was Chief Warden, Vice Chair on fire brigades committee, and billeting officer. He died at Keelings.
