Reg Vidler

It is thought that Reg may be William Reginald George Vidler 6144000, since his Army number is just 125 different from Stanley Gater who would be recruited to the Combined Sussex Scout Section. This would mean they were at the depot together initially and Vidler may have recommended Hater to volunteer. William Reginald George Vidler was born 19 Dec 1912 and died in 1981. He married  Victoria Bowden in 1948.
