Percy was the Sergeant of Fowey Patrol
The sons of John Henry Opie Robins and his wife Annie Gertrude Tippett, Percy was the brother of Auxilier Albert Robins. He married Eleanor Mary Howard on 11 Sep 1929.

The Robins family were near neighbours of Auxiliers Farley, Fuge and Hones and worked alongside them at Fowey docks.
A WW1 veteran he served in the Royal Navy having enlisted Oct 1916. He received gun shot wounds to the shoulder while serving in France on 27 Aug 1918 and was hospitalised in Eastbourne.
