Biography
The son of Captain Robert Lilian (nee Noble) Capper he married Barbara Sinclair-Thompson 1935 and they had four children together. He then married Mary Joyce Barker in September 1979.
He served as Herefordshire's Sheriff in late 1960s to 1970s and was a Chairman of the local National Farmers Union and Magistrate.

Neston Capper was first recruited to Wall Hills Patrol but according to Fred Mayo left to join Leominster. He was a farmer and in 1939 was an ARP Warden.
