Biography
Maurice married Doris Christina Read in early 1944. They had a daughter after the war and moved to live in Stevenage at part of his job.
In 1939 he is living in the same house as David Denny and his brother Jack Denny (Peasenhall Patrol). He apparently lived with his cousins as his mother had died at a young age.
HIs daughter knew he had been in the Home Guard, but never spoke about his time in Auxiliary Units.
