Biography
Born in Calcutta, India to Auxilier Lieutenant Thomas Arthur and Blanche Cowley who were hotel keepers. John and Tom (Frank) and Anthony were brothers. The family moved to the Island in 1922.
After the war he emigrated to South Africa, where he died.
