Other information
John Potter moved into the new launderette business after the war. He was remembered as a tall, strong man who was an excellent shot and, as a child, rode his pony everyday to school from his parents farm.
His brother Bill recalled John having to go to The Isle of Wight around D-Day to protect the Island.
