Hulatt

Two possible men have been identified as candidates. 

William Cyril Hulatt, 5955598, lived in Bedford and became a Warrant Officer Class II. He does not appear to have served overseas at all.

Leonard David Hulatt, was born in Monmouthshire, lived in Hertfordshire and became a Lance Sergeant. After the war he moved to lived in Thetford. He served in Africa and Burma as well as the UK, suggesting service with the 1st Battalion. this makes him less likely to be the Scout Section member.
