Biography
The son of Leonard and Beatrice he was the brother of Jim Caws, he was recruited alongside him by Captain Clive, the Hampshire Intelligence Officer, in 1940. He didn’t get on with his Patrol Leader and left to join the Army. He does not appear in the nominal roll suggesting this was prior to 1942.
