Other information
Tony Honeyman, nephew of Edward John Callaway, refers to him as 'Uncle Ted', and tells of the story his father told him. His father worked in the Spitfire factory in Southampton. He says his father went to visit Ted (who was 'in' the local Home Guard), and on arrival found him with an array of equipment laid out. This included a revolver, Plastic Explosive (P.E.) and interestingly, an American M1 carbine.
