Deeks has two National IDs which caused us confusion. The best guess is that in 1939 he was a farmer and given a normal ID DDXK 187/1; then he was called into Territorial Army, and hence allocated a new number DDX 1115012, but was then released back to his reserved occupation of farming and joined the Auxiliary Units. Any new insight welcome, as always!
