Sergeant Arthur Felix Sowman

Biography
The son of James and Mary, he married Dorothy Amy Pearce in 1919. Arthur died in his local pub The Brewer's Arms, and is buried at St Mary’s Churchyard in Polstead. His son, Arthur James, was also a Patrol Member.
In 1939 he was an ARP warden.

Jean Freeman (daughter of Arthur James Sowman and granddaughter of Arthur Felix Sowman) knew her Father was in the Patrol, but wasn’t aware her Grandad was in it until CART showed her the nominal role with both their names.
