He was born as Willoughby D'Eresby Walmisley to Willoughby and Lillian Walmisley in Battersea.
He appears to have used the name Andre Evnett Frederick Williams. Andre Williams was partner with Gordon F Grizelle in the firm of Grizelle and Co. until 1945. In the electoral roll, his middle name is spelt as Eunett.
He changed his name back by deed poll to Willoughby D'Eresby Walmisley in Jan 1949 when he lived at High Elms, The Green, Hampton Court and married Iris Florence Williams nee King (name changed by deed poll from Lennie) in Westminster in March 1949.
He died in Daventry, Northamptonshire and his ashes were scattered on Caerphilly Mountain, Wales.

His name appears above that of G F Grizelle in Sadler's papers, on a page of senior contacts. Grizelle was Assistant Group Leader, which may suggest that Williams was Group Leader, but this cannot be confirmed
