Operational Base (OB)
Captain Sparks had the OB built on his land. Sparks father was Lord of The Manor and estate owner (lived at Higher Farm House).
The OB is in a highly unstable and dangerous condition, and has mostly collapsed. There is a possible shallow trench running off perpendicular to the OB orientation, which might be a collapsed escape-way.
