Holbeach is a fenland market town in the South Holland district of southern Lincolnshire. The town lies 8 miles from Spalding.

The first OB was located what is today the area of Kensington Close, Holbeach. This was abandoned in favour of a second OB in what is today the area of Marshfields Drive, Holbeach. Located north east of the cemetery the sites appear on contemporary maps to be open fields.
Holbeach Patrol
Wellingore then Blankney and Dalby Hall were the headquarters for the Lincolnshire Auxiliary Units so they certainly would have trained at one of them.
