Station description
The daughter of Redcar Operator, Charles Harrison, could recall her father was in contact with a Station at the Post Office, Castleton. The Postmaster's son could recall a wireless transmitter set in the cellar along with a special shelf made to hold the batteries that were regularly serviced by the Royal Signals.
