The OB is located in woods near to Ffynnoncyll. It is mainly collapsed but some of the brick end walls of what appears to be two chambers survive along with what could be a brick built entrance shaft and concrete escape tunnel.
At some stage local children have used the remains to create a den.
Whitland Patrol
The Patrol are ideally located to target the main roads of the A40 and A477 leading from Milford Haven and Pembroke Docks eastwards along with rail tunnels and bridges in the area.
Charles Shrives of Milford Haven (Pembrokeshire) Patrol remembers : “Mr Protheroe-Beynon, a local farmer, was in charge of the Whitland Unit. We always beat them on schemes”.
