Operational Base (OB)
The OB is believed to have been at Lindertis near Kirriemuir.
In a 1970 newspaper article, Sir Torquil Munro stated “One hideout was only 200 Yards from my house and even my wife didn’t know it was there”
A grandson mentioned "In the Lendrick on a South facing bank there was a largish hole which the Old gamekeeper said is where my Grandfather met his colleagues during exercises in War Time. Then it was not planted with trees.
